Craving the refreshing, complex flavor of a Long Island Iced Tea—but want to skip the alcohol? This zero-proof version is bright, citrusy, and totally satisfying, with a gentle sweetness and fizzy finish. Plus, it’s low in sugar and perfect for hot days, parties, or detox weeks!

Ingredients

1/2 cup brewed black tea (chilled)

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

1 tbsp fresh lime juice

1/4 tsp orange extract (or a splash of orange juice)

1–2 tsp maple syrup or monk fruit sweetener (to taste)

1/2 cup sparkling water or diet cola

Ice

Lemon slice and mint for garnish

Instructions

Brew a strong cup of black tea, then chill in the fridge for at least 15–20 minutes.

In a shaker or glass, mix lemon juice, lime juice, orange extract, and sweetener.

Add chilled tea and stir or shake with ice until well combined.

Pour over ice into a tall glass.

Top with sparkling water or diet cola for fizz.

Garnish with a lemon slice and mint sprig.

              Notes

              Optional Twists:
Use herbal tea (like rooibos or hibiscus) instead of black tea for a caffeine-free version.
Add a dash of apple cider vinegar for an extra tang and health kick.
Swap sparkling water for ginger kombucha if tolerated (adds a fermented zing).

All the layered flavors of a Long Island, none of the alcohol
              Supports hydration and digestion
